Upper Makefield Business Association

Scholarship applications are now available for 2012.

UMBA recognizes the importance of ensuring our next generation’s continuing scholastic needs as well as the rising costs associated with that education. Each year, the Upper Makefield Business Association awards substantial scholarships to local area students for their continuing education.

We award up to 3 - $2,000 scholarships per year. Fund-raising activities, such as the Middletown Grange Fair and the Revolutionary Run in Washington Crossing, allow us to continue supporting our students. We are also constantly looking for new fund-raising activities in order to expand our Scholarship fund.

We are a forward looking organization and we desire to add an additional scholarship and also begin to recognize the Vocational/Technical students in our area.

It is with your support that we are able to continue in this endeavor.
